- 100g plain flour
- 30g vanilla whey 80
- 85g soft butter
- 30g sugar or sweetener equivalent.
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2tsp vanilla
- Preheat oven to 160c fan
- Mix butter and sugar until combined and butter is nice and soft.
- Add yolk and vanilla and mix then put flour and protein in and mix until it makes a dough.
- Flatten into a circle on a baking tray and bake for 10-15 mins or until slightly browned on the edges.
- Top with whatever you fancy and enjoy.
