Customer Service Advisor - Team Leader

Job purpose

Being the first point of contact you will provide “First Class” service to our customers at all times. You will do this by offering expert advice, help and assistance before and after-sales via telephone, online chat, email or social media.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities

  • Customer Care – passionate about being caring, efficient, knowledgeable and effective with the customer at all times in order to resolve queries in a timely and effective manner via inbound and outbound contacts.

Brand Manager (New Initiatives)

Job purpose

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the main purpose of this highly commercial role will be to drive development of new initiatives in the health and fitness market. Using a wide variety of marketing channels to deliver market leading propositions, best in class web sites and highly creative acquisition strategies.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities

  • Project plan and manage key initiatives including product launches and new website launches
  • Focus on increasing revenue and customer numbers through existing channels

Italian Country Manager

Job purpose

This role will play a key part in our growth strategy in 2017 and beyond. We are expanding rapidly across Europe and our Italian website already has a strong customer base. Now we are looking for a talented Italian speaking marketer to join the team and take ownership of the Italian market from our South Manchester HQ.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities

  • Ownership of the GoNutrition brand in Italy - including website management, customer service and the full digital marketing mix
  • Responsible for product catalog, content and pricing
  • Develop relationships with key partners, affiliates to drive new customer acquisition
  • Develop and optimise traffic from existing channels - such as email and social media
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to grow the Italian website

Assistant Operations Manager

Job purpose

The role will support the commercial and Operations team to provide best in class management and replenishment of raw materials, finished goods and consumable items. We are looking for an organised and motivated team player with excellent man management and problem solving skills to fit into our Operations team in South Manchester. The successful applicant will report to the Operations Manager.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities

  • Quality checks and auditing of finished product quality
  • Ensure products are being packed correctly as per works order instruction
  • Inventory Checks, ensuring all products are correctly located within the warehouse
  • Investigate stock discrepancies and accurately report findings
  • Generate works orders as directed
  • Ensure product components, labels and consumables are delivered to the production facility in a timely manner
  • Works Order Processing ensuring all components are booked in/out of the warehouse
  • Delivery Note Processing ensuring delivered products are correctly booked in
  • Oversee GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) compliance
  • Ensure the production facility is cleaned and sanitised as per GMP standards

Job purpose

This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the UK's top entrepreneurs in a dynamic and growing online sports nutrition business. The role will involve working on a large and growing e-commerce website with four separate brands, powered by Magento Enterprise. Key responsibilities and accountabilities

The role covers all aspects of front and back-end Magento web development, version control/deployment processes, integration with various ERP and other 3rd party systems.

Essential skills and experience

The successful candidate will be educated to at least A-Level or equivalent in a Science or Engineering field, and experience with Magento and Git is a huge advantage. A working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP is essential.

Desirable skills and experience

We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic team member, with a strong drive to learn on the job. A personal interest in web development is a must.
