What are Bulking Meals

Our Bulking Meals ensure you’re never caught short when hunger strikes or you’re in need of a protein hit. Packed with both high carbohydrates and high protein, they not only taste great but are nutrient dense too; delivering a minimum of 700 quality calories and over 50g of protein per dish, depending on your meal selection. All this means that every luxurious bite packs a nutritional punch in the perfect portion size to support your bulk.

What Bulking Meals are available?

We have 7 delicious options to choose from (all suitable for freezing):

Chicken katsu with pickled carrot and brown rice with a garlic coriander croquette - This Japanese inspired meal contains freshly prepared cutlets of free range chicken fillet into bite sized strips with a zesty lemon and herb crumb served with sticky brown rice, mixed vegetables, pickled carrot in a katsu sauce. Halal. Weight: 620g

Stuffed peppers with couscous, butternut squash and goat's cheese - A Veggie favourite. Roasted Red Pepper stuffed with thyme, lemon garlic, cous-cous, goats cheese and butternut squash finished with tomato & balsamic drizzle. Weight: 685g

Herby meatballs with corn penne pasta, chickpeas and grated cheddar - Extra lean minced beef meatballs in a herby tomato sauce loaded with mixed peppers, corn penne pasta, chickpeas, mushrooms and celery with grated mature cheddar cheese. Gluten Free.Weight: 590g

Our freshly prepared Gourmet Macro Meals offer a unique approach to macro nutrition. Unlike our competitors or supermarket ready meals, they’re freshly prepared in our kitchen for every order. We only use premium, fresh ingredients, not frozen. Sourced organically from freedom farms and locally wherever possible. Our meals offer the convenience of a ready meal but the taste and nutrition levels are incomparable.

Developed by top executive chefs with a passion for healthy food, these meals are nutritionally balanced, calorie controlled, high in protein and don’t rely on added salt, sugar, butter or cream for their flavour. This doesn't mean they compromise on taste. Cooked in rapeseed oil to reduce saturated fat content, they're packed with the flavour, taste and quality you would find in a restaurant.

All meals will be delivered straight to your door in our premium, chilled packaging via DPD. Not in? No problem just advise DPD to leave with a neighbour or in a safe place. Deliveries are available 3 days a week and now include Saturday delivery at no additional charge.

Just keep them in your fridge for up to 4 days of freshness and all of our meals can also be frozen for up to 3 months!

Delivery & Returns

Delivery

All meals will be delivered straight to your door in our premium, chilled packaging by DPD. Not going to be in? No problem, just let them know and they can leave with a neighbour or a safe place.

Deliveries are available 3 days a week and now include Saturday delivery at no additional charge.

All chilled deliveries are packed in insulated packaging with ice gel packs and are sent via a next day courier to ensure the ultimate level of freshness.

Please note, if ordering protein, supplements or any other items your order will be delivered at the same time.

Failed deliveries will not be re-attempted as fresh produce will not be suitable for consumption.

All our meals are made to order and always arrive fresh, special delivery rules apply.

Delivery will default to the next available delivery day, if you would like to change your order date please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange an alternative date for you wherever possible.

Please note that our fresh delivery service excludes delivery to the Highlands & Islands. Unfortunately we cannot provide a next day service to these locations.

Returns

Due to safety and hygiene reasons, meals and fresh foods are not covered by our usual 30 day guarantee. Orders containing fresh products are exempt from the Distance Selling Regulations and cannot typically be cancelled, however, we do allow these orders to be cancelled providing you call us before 4pm on the same day as placing your order, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Suggested Use

Instructions

Enjoy at any time of day. When heating, microwave on full power (900W) for three minutes. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before eating. For other microwave wattages, adjust times according to your manufacturer's handbook.

Are the meals freezable?

Yes, All our meals are freezeable. Just keep them in your fridge for up to 4 days of freshness alternatively they can be frozen for up to 3 months!
