Our Chicken Breast Sausages are made from 100% chicken breast meat – which means that they boast an industry leading 93% meat content - watch out for lower quality sausages on the market which deliver only 80%. They are ideal for anyone who enjoys sausages but maintains a low fat, low carbohydrate, high protein diet. They make a great post workout snack as the protein builds muscle without adding excess fat into your diet.
Because of the processes our butchers follow you can be sure that our Chicken Breast Sausages are fully traceable back to the source. We know exactly what goes into them and won’t add anything unnecessary just to ‘fill-out’ the product.
The meat is simply prepared, trimmed, seasoned and minced and put into completely natural casing, made from either pork or lamb. We use the traditional method of sausage making because artificial casings just aren’t good enough. Our chicken sausages cook evenly, stay juicy and taste great. We add just what is needed to create a robust, well-seasoned and delicious sausage.
All our meat arrives vacuum packed or in easy to store tray packs and will keep well for 5 days in the fridge or up to 6 months in the freezer.

Our meat is also great quality. All of the lamb, beef and pork we sell comes from British high welfare farms. Our farmers produce great quality meat from traditional British livestock and rare breeds, which keeps them part of the British countryside, and means they're raised in the best conditions. Our expert butchers produce meat to order and lovingly prepare it so you get the perfect cut.
How do you ensure my meat arrives fresh?
We use premium insulated packaging to ensure our meats arrive cool, fresh and safe for up to 48 hours in transit, even on a summer's day. All of our meats are sent via a 24 hour courier to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, even if slightly delayed. As we want to ensure our meat arrives safely, there are some remote regions to which we cannot deliver to at this time.
All products are expertly butchered each morning fresh and will keep for a minimum of five days in the fridge or up to six months in the freezer. We never ship frozen meat, only fresh, so quality is assured.
How long does it take to deliver?
All chilled deliveries are sent via a 24-hour courier, and will take around 4-7 working days to arrive, depending on your nominated day and when the order is placed. This is due to your order being butchered and despatched fresh to order.
