How it works

How does it work?

We provide a 30 day exchange guarantee on all items up to 2.5kg in size (excluding fresh produce) as well as a 14 day money back guarantee.

If you purchase an item (excluding products over 2.5kg, fresh produce or those part of a bundle) and you don't like the taste, you can return it to us.

What happens if I've opened it?

Providing you've only used a few scoops, and providing you cover the cost of returning the item to us, we will either exchange it for another flavour (you'll need to pay for the replacement to be re-sent) or provide GN Points for the full value of the product.

If you've used more than a couple scoops we'll weigh what's remaining and give you GN Points to the value of what's left.

Some simple rules do apply to this, and this doesn't affect your statutory rights, so please refer to the main terms and conditions for details or contact us for more information.

How long do I have to return an item?

If you haven't used the product and want a full refund, just send it back to us unopened within 14 days and we'll refund the full amount if it's in saleable condition.

You'll need to cover the costs of returning the item to us safely. We recommend using a signed delivery service for this.

How much can I use?

We sell samples of our most popular products and flavours at greatly discounted prices to save you the hassle of buying and returning a larger pack just because you don't like the flavour.

If you do buy a larger pack, we think you should be able to work out whether you like a flavour by trying one or two scoops. We'll credit you with the full value if that's all you've used. If you've used a little more we'll issue a partial credit for the value of the product depending on how much is left in the bag you returned.
