What are Chia Seeds?
Chia seeds are small black seeds from the Salvia Hispanica plant which is native to central America. The Chia seed is a nutrient dense superfood packed with protein, fibre, essential omega fatty acids and trace minerals such as magnesium, potassium, calcium and iron.
Our Chia seeds have been cold milled to produce this finely ground Chia seed powder which is ideal for adding to your protein shakes, smoothies and meals to improve the nutritional profile and add quality essential nutrients to your diet.
Each 100g of Chia Seed Powder protein 21g of protein, 24g of fibre and over 6g of Omega 3 Alpha Linolenic Acid (ALA).
