What is GN™ 100% Whey?
GN™ 100% Whey Protein is a premium whey protein blend, delivering over 19g of protein per 25g serving, from both 80% whey protein concentrate and 90% whey protein isolate. Unlike most whey blends which will use only a 'sprinkle' of isolate, GN™ 100% Whey Protein has an 80:20 split of whey protein concentrate and whey protein isolate. This produces an outstanding amino acid profile that is particularly rich in essential branched chain amino acids (BCAAs) and glutamic acid, making it the ideal choice to fuel recovery and lean muscle gains. BCAAs, and in particularly leucine have been shown to play a pivotal role in protein synthesis, muscle cell growth and repair. It's also high in glutamic acid, one of the most abundant amino acids in the working muscles, which plays a key role in recovery and muscle glycogen replenishment aiding recovery and muscle growth.
