BBQ Chicken Protein Pizza

BBQ Chicken Protein Pizza

A delicious protein pizza made using a high quality protein base and fresh toppings. A big thanks to Lee (ThePersonalNutritionCoach) for creating this recipe and letting us use it.

Ingredients:

Base

45g Whole Rolled Oats
10g GN Pea Protein Isolate
1 Whole Egg
30ml GN Liquid Egg Whites

Toppings

50g BBQ Marinated Chicken
1 Garlic Clove
20g Red Onion
50g Mixed Peppers
30g Mushroom
20g Low Fat Mozzarella Cheese
50g Chopped Tomatoes

Method:

For the base, pulse the Whole Rolled Oats in a food processor until you have the consistency of oat flour. Add in the rest of the base ingredients and blend until you have a doughy batter texture.

Pour the mixture in a small non-stick frying pan and tilt the pan until the mixture reaches out to the entire circumference of the pan.

Fry the batter until it becomes firm enough to flip. Keep frying until the batter is browned and to your liking. Once cooked, leave the dough in the pan and begin adding your toppings starting with the Chopped Tomatoes and Garlic Clove.

Decorate the Pizza to your liking and stick the pan in the oven at 180° for 20 minutes.

Serve up and enjoy.
