Chocolate Banana Protein Pancake

Chocolate Protein Pancake | A Tasty Breakfast Treat

Pancakes come in all shapes and sizes, but you have NEVER tasted any that are this good! Using our new Zero Cal Syrup and Triple Chocolate Whey Powder, they're an extra special morning treat!

Ingredients:

1 scoop of Triple Chocolate Whey Protein 80
1/3 cup of Pure Fine Oats
1 tbsp of Coconut Flour
50ml Liquid Egg Whites
2 tbsp of Greek Yogurt
1 tsp baking powder
Cinnamon (to taste)
Coconut Oil (melted)

Topping

1 Banana
6 Chopped Strawberries
Squeeze of ZeroCal Syrup™ (Chocolate Fudge)

Method:

Mix all the ingredients together into a bowl or pouring jug until you get a smooth mix.

Heat a non-stick pan and add some coconut oil

Pour some of the mixture into the pan and allow it to cook for about 90 seconds.

Flip the pancake using your favourite mnethod and then cook for a further 90 seconds before placing on a plate

Continue until you have used all of the batter.

Slice the Banana and Strawberries and place on your majestic pancake stack, then squeeze your ZeroCal Syrup on top!
