Christmas Gingerbread

Christmas Gingerbread | Simple, Homemade Biscuits!

Tasty gingerbread biscuits which you can decorate however you please! They taste good and they're fun to make over the festive period!

Ingredients:

Ingredients:
100g Protein Pancake Mix
200g Almond Flour
2 Eggs
110g Butter
2 tsp Vanilla Essence
1 tsp Cinnamon
2tsp Ground Ginger

Method:

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

2. In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients until properly combined.

3. Roll mix in to balls and place spread out on a baking tray.

4. Using a fork, lightly press down on each cookie to flatten.

5. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.

6. Remove from the oven and leave to cool for 5 minutes.

7. Once cool, decorate them with icing or a topping of your choice.

8. Enjoy!
