Wake up properly with a sandwich that the Hulk would be proud of! A big thanks to Lee (ThePersonalNutritionCoach) for creating this recipe and letting us use it.


3 Free Range British Smoked Streaky Bacon
2 Chicken Breast Sausages (De-Skinned and flattened)
1 Poached Egg
1 Handful of Spinach
1 Bagel


Preheat the oven to 160° and cook the Chicken Breast Sausages for 30 minutes until browned and cooked through.

In the meantime, cook the bacon under a medium heat grill for around 20 minutes. Once cooked, drain on kitchen towel and leave to dry out until the sausages are cooked. (This will give the bacon extra crispiness)

Bring a saucepan of water to the boil and poach a medium-sized egg for 4 minutes until cooked and so the egg yolk is still runny.

Toast your Bagel and, once toasted, stack your sandwich starting with the Handful of Spinach and finish with the poached egg on top.
