Protein Hobnobs

Protein Hobnobs | A delicious protein alternative to the famous Hobnob

A great way to snack on your favourite biscuit without being overpowered by sugar and fat. A big thanks to Lee (ThePersonalNutritionCoach) for creating this recipe and letting us use it.

Ingredients:

20g Chocolate Whey Protein 80
30g Pure Fine Oats
10g Peanut Butter (Smooth or Crunchy)
1 Large Banana
20ml Honey
Pinch salt
¼ Tsp Baking powder

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180C.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

In a bowl, Mix together the dry ingredients.

Now add in the remaining ingredients. Add in the Banana (Half at a time), Peanut Butter Deluxe and Honey

Mix everything together to form a dough like crumbly mixture. Using your hands, form 6 cookie shaped Hobnobs and place each on the baking tray leaving room between each cookie. Slightly press the mixture down with your fingers or the back of a spoon.

Bake for about 8 minutes.

Once they are ready, remove from the oven and let them cool for 10 minutes.
