Protein Jaffa Cakes | A Delicious Alternative To The Classic

A delicious healthy alternative for those of us who love Jaffa Cakes! A big thanks to Lee (thepersonalnutritioncoach) for creating this recipe and letting us use it.
60g GN Maple Syrup Whey Protein 80
60g GN Gluten Free Rolled Oats
90g GN ZeroCal Syrup
3 Egg Whites
110ml Unflavoured Almond Milk
50g Sugar Free Chocolate (Melted)
60g Orange Jelly (Recipe makes 12 Jaffa Cakes)
1.Preheat oven to 170 Degrees.
2. Mix together everything, apart from the jelly and chocolate, in a blender. Pour the mixture into a shallow muffin tin and cook for 18 minutes. Add 5g jelly on each cake and then add the melted chocolate on top.
3.Leave to cool in the fridge for one hour and enjoy!
