Chocolate Fudge & Banana Pancake

Chocolate Fudge and Banana Protein Pancake | A Guilt Free Treat

An unbelievably tasty treat to have at any time in the day, this Chocolate Fudge and Banana Protein Pancake recipe is a perfect guilt free snack using a load of your favourite GN products!

 

Ingredients:

1 scoop of Triple Chocolate Whey 80
⅓ cup of pure fine oats
1 tbsp coconut flour
50ml liquid egg whites

2 tbsp Greek Yoghurt
1 tbsp Zero Cal Syrup - Chocolate Fudge Flavour

 

Method:

1. Mix all the ingredients together into a bowl or pouring jug until you get a smooth mix.

2. Heat a non-stick pan and add some coconut oil.

3. Pour some of the mixture into the pan and allow it to cook for about 90 seconds.

4. Flip the pancake using your favourite method and then cook for a further 90 seconds before placing on a plate.

5. Slice the Banana and place on your majestic pancake stack, adding a squeeze of your Zero Cal Syrup on top!
