5 Ingredient Protein Cookies

- 2 scoops GN Gelatin Powder
- 1 scoop Vanilla Soy Protein Isolate (or alternatively Whey Isolate 90 )
- 1/2 cup Almond Butter
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 3 tbsp Hot Water
- Chocolate Chips
- Mix gelatin and protein powder, then add almond butter and hot water and honey until a dough forms
- Form batter into 6 balls
- Place balls and squash them onto baking tin lined with parchment paper
- Bake for 10-15 minutes at 350F
- Add chocolate chips
