Banana Protein Pancake Recipe

Ingredients:

Topping:

* Add psyllium husk if you want your mixture to be very thick or if you want to add some more fibre to your pancakes.

Method:

Cut the apples into little cubes, place them in a pot, add cinnamon and cook with a lid until soft. Blend all the ingredients. Spray the 1 cal olive oil onto a pan and pour the pancake mixture. Turn the heat down and put a lid onto the pan. After a few minutes flip the pancake. When ready place it onto a plate and spread some greek yogurt on the top, spread the apples and top with zero cal syrup.
