Super filling, low in calories, high in protein and the perfect morning pick me up!
Ingredients
- 2 cups of ice
- 3/4 cup unsweetened milk
- 25g of 80% dark chocolate callets
- 1 cup cold brewed coffee (unsweetened)
- 1 scoop of whey protein (chocolate or vanilla)
- Blend all ingredients together until smooth
- Add more ice depending on the consistency that you like.
- Pour and serve up!
