Chocolate Orange Christmas Pudding Method:
1. In a bowl prepare your date caramel. Add the dates and spices (cinnamon, ginger and all spice) and fill with hit water (just enough to completely cover the dates. Allow to rest for 4 hours (overnight is better, to allow the dates to naturally breakdown)
2. Once rested, blend the date caramel (with a fork or hand blender), add chocolate orange protein powder, linseeds, coconut and almond milk. Mix until a paste is formed.
3. Using a tsp scoop out portions of the mix and roll to form mini protein balls. Set aside in the fridge whilst you prepare the topping
4. Topping: in a bowl add the vanilla whey, add drops of water until a thick paste is formed. Drizzle the paste on top of each ball. Decorate with a frozen cranberry
