Chocolate Orange Protein Brownies

These brownies are a great way to have an afternoon treat without killing the macros and an absolute must.  Give them a try with a mid morning coffee, impress your friends at work or invite your friends round for a Chocolate orange brownie fondant part using some warmed Peanut Butter Deluxe or Whey More Nuts for a snack time well spent.

Ingredients:

25g Oat Flour 60g Cocoa 50g Chocolate Orange Whey 80 135g Apple Sauce 1 Egg 1 tbs Maple Syrup (Honey can be used) 1tsp Vanilla Essence 150ml Hazelnut Milk (Almond Milk can be used) 2tbs Coconut oil (Melted) 9pcs (50g) Orange Chocolate  

Method:

Preheat Your oven to 170c (Fan) Put all your dry ingredients apart from the chocolate to a bowl and whisk together Add wet apart from coconut oil to a separate bowl and mix until just combined Mix the wet to the dry and stir until combined Met Coconut Oil and 2/3 of your Orange Chocolate together in the microwave (approx 45 secs). Don not let it bubble Stir In to the Mix Grease a square tin and add the mix to it Put into the Oven for 15-22 mins or when the top is set and the middle is gooey
