Chocolate Protein Pancakes recipe
Dark Chocolate and Coconut Protein Pancakes Ingredients:
- 2 scoops Protein Pancake Mix
- 1tbsp ZeroCals Maple Syrup sauce
- Coconut oil (for pan)
- Stevia
- 100ml water
- 10g Whey More Nuts (Chocolate Coconut)
- 9g Dark Chocolate (cut into flakes)
- 3g dedicated coconut
- 25g cherries
Dark Chocolate and Coconut Protein Pancakes Method:
For the chocolate, use a sharp knife and dice it into flakes using quick movements. Mix the pancake mixture with the stevia and gradually add the water. If the mix is too runny, it will be hard to form the small pancakes and it may end up sloppy in the pan. Heat the coconut oil in the pan, then use a spoon to spoon small amounts of batter into the pan. Smooth out into small circles (approximately five). Allow to cook for approximately 1 minutes, then remove from heat and use a spatula to lift the edges of the pancake. Then flip! In the microwave, warm the Peanut Butter, Maple syrup and some hot water and heat for 20 seconds until melted, then mix. Stack the pancakes up, spread the nut butter on and sprinkle the coconut and chocolate on top! Serve with Cherries on the side and enjoy!Dark Chocolate and Coconut Protein Pancakes Macros (makes 5):
