Double Chocolate Chip Cookie Protein Bread ingredients1 scoop Chocolate whey Protein 80 1/4 cup Cocoa powder 1/4 cup + 2tbsp Oat flour 1/2 tbsp Pysllium husk 1/4 cup Truvia 2 tsp Baking powder 1 cup Liquid egg whites 1/4 cup Almond butter 1/4 cup Dark chocolate chips Frosting: 1 cup Greek yogurt mixed with 1 tsp cinnamon.
MethodPre-heat the oven to 180 degrees C. Mix together the dry ingredients in a bowl except the chocolate chips. Add in the wet and mix well to form a batter. Stir through the dark chocolate chips and pour the batter into a silicone loaf mould. Bake for 25-30 minutes and leave to cool before slicing. Makes 1 protein bread loaf of 8 slices.
