GN Baked Peanut Butter & Jam Proats

Ingredients 

  • 70g oats
  • 20g whey80
  • 1tbs powdered PB
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 100ml almond milk
  • 1tbs low sugar jam
  • 1 tsp near zero syrup
  • Any toppings you fancy

 

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 160c fan
  2. Mix all the dry then add all the wet and mix with a fork
  3. Pour into your skillet
  4. Bake for 12-15 mins
  5. Top and enjoy.
