GN Baked Peanut Butter & Jam Proats
Ingredients
- 70g oats
- 20g whey80
- 1tbs powdered PB
- 1 egg yolk
- 100ml almond milk
- 1tbs low sugar jam
- 1 tsp near zero syrup
- Any toppings you fancy
Method
- Preheat the oven to 160c fan
- Mix all the dry then add all the wet and mix with a fork
- Pour into your skillet
- Bake for 12-15 mins
- Top and enjoy.
