GN Banana Pancake Fritters

Banana Fritters are one of  the all time all time snacking favourites that can be eaten at any time of the day.  Below is a super easy recipe made with legendary Protein Pancake Mix and topped off with toppings or dips of your choice 3 scoops GN pancake mix
1tbs cocoa

200ml milk of choice

1 tsp vanilla essence

1 banana chopped into thin slices





Method

  1. Grease a large frying pan and set to a medium heat
  2. Chop the banana and set aside
  3. Throw all the rest of the ingredients into a blender starting with the milk and vanilla.
  4. Put a piece of banana onto a spoon or a scoop and add the mix.
  5. Pour into the pan and make sure the banana sits in the middle and is covered.
  6. As soon as they bubble, flip them and cook on the other side
  7. They’ll cook really quickly so don’t do more than 3/4 at once
  8. Serve up with dips of choice. I used maple syrup and powdered peanut butter made up with water.
  9. Best served warm.
