- 2 tbs Whey 80 vanilla/cookies n cream
- 4 tbs SR flour
- 1 & 1/2 tbs almond milk
- 1 tbs light brown sugar
- 1 egg
- Spoon full of Whey More Nuts
- Preheat oven to 150c fan
- Mix the egg, milk, and sugar until fully combined
- Mix the dry ingredients.
- Combine all the ingredients apart from the Whey More Nuts.
- Add the bottom layer to a mini loaf put the whey more nuts in the middle then top with remaining.
- Bake for 9-12 mins.
