GN Cream Of Rice Protein Loaf



  • 4 tbs Whey 80
  • 8 tbs Cream Of Rice+
  • 3 tbs Almond Milk
  • 2 tbs light brown sugar
  • 1 egg 
  • Add your preferred toppings


  1. Preheat oven to 150c fan
  2. Mix the egg, milk, and sugar until fully combined 
  3. Mix the dry ingredients. 
  4. Combine all the ingredients apart from the throw on. 
  5. Add to a lightly greased loaf tin
  6. Bake for 9-12 mins.
