GN Easter Egg Brownie Loaf



  • 4 tbs whey 80
  • 8 tbs SR flour
  • 4 tbs cocoa powder
  • 3 tbs milk
  • 2 tbs brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbs pro crunch spread
  • Chocolate chips


  1. Preheat oven to 150c fan
  2. Mix the egg, milk and sugar until fully combined 
  3. Add in the dry ingredients. 
  4. Fold in the choc chips. 
  5. Add half the mix to an oven proof dish and flatten out the pro crunch spread in your hand and put on top in the middle then top with the remaining mix
  6. Bake for 18-22 mins or until cooked on the outside and slightly gooey in the middle. 
  7. Take out of the oven, wait for it to cool down and enjoy!
