Ingredients
- 110g gluten-free rolled oats
- 30g whey 80
- 65g PB
- 35ml low-calorie syrup
Method
- Mix oats and whey
- Add PB and syrup
- Mix well and mold into balls with your hands
- Pop 'em in the fridge for an hour.
