- 100g SR flour
- 70g protein pancake mix
- 30g whey 80
- 4g baking powder
- 1 egg
- 250ml unsweetened soya milk
- 1tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp red food colouring
- Add all the dry ingredients and mix
- Add the eggs, Milk & vanilla & mix thoroughly until it forms a batter.the. Add the red food colouring.
- Pour 1/4 cup measures of batter into a greased pan on med-high heat.
- Once it bubbles to give it a flip
- Stack em up or share them out and throw everything your hearts desires on them.
