GN Protein Granola




  1. Preheat the oven on 170c
  2. Combine all the dry ingredients and mix them well. 
  3. Put the oil and honey in and mix until fully combined. 
  4. Stir in chocolate callets
  5. Spread evenly onto a baking tray about half cm. 
  6. bake for 15-18mins or until browned (keep checking it though as it catches easy) 
  7. Take out and break into clusters. It should be soft in the middle. 
  8. Bake for another 5-10 mins or until crispy. 
  9. Make it full meal and garnish it with your desired toppings
