GN Protein Pancakes


  • 100g SR flour
  • 60g protein pancake mix
  • 30g whey 80
  • 4g baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 250ml unsweetened soya milk
  • 1tsp vanilla
  • Handful of blueberries & chocolate pieces
  • Topped with ice cream & toffee drizzle



  1. Add all the dry ingredients and mix
  2. Add the eggs, Milk & vanilla & mix thoroughly until it forms a batter. 
  3. Pour 1/4 cup measures of batter into a greased pan on med-high heat. 
  4. Once it bubbles, give it a flip
  5. Stack em up or share them out and throw everything your hearts desires on them.
