GN Protein Sweet Pizza


  • 100g plain flour
  • 30g vanilla whey 80
  • 85g soft butter
  • 30g sugar or sweetener equivalent.
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/2tsp vanilla



  1. Preheat oven to 160c fan
  2. Mix butter and sugar until combined and butter is nice and soft. 
  3. Add yolk and vanilla and mix then put flour and protein in and mix until it makes a dough. 
  4. Flatten into a circle on a baking tray and bake for 10-15 mins or until slightly browned on the edges. 
  5. Top with whatever you fancy and enjoy.
