- Preheat oven to 160c fan and prepare a skillet.
- Mix all dry ingredients together.
- Add the egg and sugar in a separate bowl and mix well. Then add the rest of the wet and mix well.
- Combine both mixes and mix well.
- Stir in chocolate chips
- Bake for 8-12 mins. Make sure it’s nice and gooey.
- Top and smash.
