ve got you covered! Why not try this amazing Peanut Butter and Jam Brownie Skillet
- 3 tbs whey 80
- 3 tbs plain flour
- 2 tbs cocoa powder
- 1 tbs milk
- 1 tbs brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- Spoon full of whey more nuts
- Reduced sugar jam
- Chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 160c fan
- Mix the egg and sugar until fully combined
- Mix the dry ingredients
- Combine all the ingredients apart from the whey more nuts and some of the choc chips.
- Add to a skillet and put the whey more nuts in the middle.
- Bake for 6-8 mins or until cooked on the outside and slightly gooey in the middle.
- Slosh some jam and peanut butter on the top.
