- Melt pro crunch in the microwave for 30 secs or until melted.
- Pour a third of the mixture into 4 mini cake cases and freeze for 15mins.
- Take out of the freezer and put 1 tsp of whey more nuts into the centre of each
- Pour the rest of the pro crunch spread evenly
- Freeze for 15 then take out and enjoy!
