Homemade Protein Cookie Crisps

  • 2 scoops Gelatin
  • 3 scoops of Whey 80 Protein
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Chocolate chips
  1. Preheat oven to 350° F
  2. Mix protein and gelatin
  3. Then add tahini then hot water and cinnamon to create a dough
  4. Then add chocolate chips
  5. Separate into tiny balls and roll flat
  6. Place on a baking tin covered in parchment paper
  7. Bake for 10 minutes approx
  8. Take out of the oven and waiting for them to cool down then... Enjoy!
