Homemade Protein Cookie Crisps
- 2 scoops Gelatin
- 3 scoops of Whey 80 Protein
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup hot water
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 350° F
- Mix protein and gelatin
- Then add tahini then hot water and cinnamon to create a dough
- Then add chocolate chips
- Separate into tiny balls and roll flat
- Place on a baking tin covered in parchment paper
- Bake for 10 minutes approx
- Take out of the oven and waiting for them to cool down then... Enjoy!
