Rosie Robinson joined GoNutrition as a brand ambassador in 2015. The Pulse sat down with Rosie to get a little more information on her career and background …

How and why did you get into fitness?

I've always been into fitness since I was a young girl. My parents were very sporty themselves and always encouraged me to do sports and be active. I think it is so important to encourage your children to get involved with different sports.

If you could give a beginner or your younger self one piece of advice, what would it be and why?

Stop being lazy, get off your butt and start getting fit! You will feel so much better within yourself and you will thank me later when you start to see the changes in not only your body but your outlook on life.

Which is your favourite part of your body and why?

Legs and glutes of course! Its a huge area to train so it is never easy but there are so many different exercises you can play around with, you can’t get bored. Your workouts shouldn't be something you dread, they can be fun! What do you have planned for 2015?

So many exciting things to come in 2015 but in regards to the fitness world I need to start doing some fitness competitions ASAP!! I am so ready to take to the stage.

What are your long term fitness goals?

Just carry on working hard and getting my body into better shape, look to start doing some fitness competitions and getting myself more known in the fitness industry which I am sure GoNutrition will help me with.

What motivates you the most or do you have a particular piece motivational motto?

The main thing that motivates me when working out is when I start to see positive changes in my body but secondly having a good workout partner really helps, someone who pushes you to your absolute best potential but is also fun to workout with.

Which are your favourite GN products and why?

Where do I start!! I love them all but if I had to pick a couple I would choose the original protein flapjacks because they taste so amazing but also helps me not to snack on unhealthy foods. Perfect for in between meals. I also love the protein pancake mix, great healthy snack filled with lot's of protein. So yummy!! The Pure Mass which I have in my porridge every morning. Since I've been having Pure Mass I have really noticed a difference in my body, I have gained more muscle rather quickly which I am so happy about. What is the best piece of advice you have ever been given?

‘Work hard and be patient’ Best piece of advice I've been given. You have to put the hours in. Also, 'Be yourself, love yourself and don't just follow the crowd.' I like these pieces of advice. :)

What is the worst piece of advice you have ever been given?

Someone once told me don't take chances, I thought that was the worse piece of advice I'd ever heard!

What is your worst habit?

Cracking my back and fingers! Such a great feeling though haha!

Funniest thing you have ever seen at the gym?

I saw a guy lift the bar over his head (Obviously too much weight) and just fall backwards while holding onto the bar, knocking everything down around him, I nearly wet myself I laughed so much! He was ok though haha!

What is your best workout song?

Anything I can sing a long to, I love a bit of cheese haha!

What is your favourite cheat meal?

Dominoes and sticky toffee pudding, ahhhhh you've made me want it now!!!

If you were to audition for X-factor, what song would you sing and why?

Well the only time I normally sing is in the car or in the shower on my OWN haha! But if I HAD to pick a song to sing on X Factor I'd do something cheesy, maybe a bit of soul. Have a little jig while I was there to distract my awful singing!

Which do you prefer on guys, a good bum or a good set of abs?!

Ohhhh thatsa tough one. I love abs but hate it when a guy hasn't got a peachy bum!! Follow Rosie on Instagram and Twitter. [caption id="attachment_3856" align="aligncenter" width="639"]Rosie Robinson, GoNutrition Ambassador Rosie Robinson, GoNutrition Ambassador[/caption]
