- 15g Whey Protein 80
- 7g cocoa
- 1 egg white
- 45ml almond/hazelnut milk
- 5ml coconut oil
- Add all dry ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
- Add all the wet and mix well again.
- Pour into a large ramekin.
- Put in the microwave for 45-60 secs
- Serve with whatever fits your macros and eat!
