Mini Bundt Cakes

Subside those evening cravings by giving these awesome mini Bundt cakes a bash. If you’re a midnight snacker or on-the-go a lot. These will do the trick!

Method:

  1. Sift all dry ingredients into a bowl
  2. Melt Vialite down and mix with milk
  3. Add Vitlaite Mix and beaten Eggs and mix well
  4. Pour into moulds/tins
  5. Bake on 170 for 12-15mins . Once ready, cool
  6. Dip in Melted Pro Crunch Spread
  7. Add no Bake eat to the top of the cake
