PB and Banana Protein Bars

Indulge in these low carb, high-fibre protein bars at 21g of protein per slice!

Ingredients
- 80ml Water
- 100g Vitafiber
- 60g Banana Whey
- 60g Crunchy Peanut Butter
Recipe
- Heat the vitafiber in a pan with 30ml of water (do not boil until clear)
- Whilst heating, mix the 50ml water with whey and peanut butter until a paste is achieved
- Once the vitafibre mix is clear, add paste and carry on heating gently until ingredients coalesce, stirring gently
- Line a tray with baking paper and pour the mixture in
- Leave to cool for 10 minutes before popping in the freezer for 2-3 hours to set
