- 30g Cinnamon Spice Whey More Nuts (or use Smooth Peanut Butter)
- 80g Gluten Free Rolled Oats
- 15g Chia Seeds
- 15g Xylitol
- 20g 80% Dark Chocolate Callets
- 200ml Unflavoured Almond Milk
- Mix everything together in a container and stir well.
- Leave in the fridge overnight.
- Take out in the morning and enjoy for breakfast
