The Bar:2 scoops Vanilla Whey Protein 80 1 & 1/2 cups oat flour 1/2 tbsp baking powder 1 tbsp cinnamon 1/4 cup Truvia 1 x 100g pot of unsweetened apple puree 1 medium egg 1/4 cup Greek yogurt 1 cup + 1tbsp almond milk
The Frosting:1 cup Greek yogurt mixed with 1 tsp cinnamon.
- Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees C.
- In a bowl, mix together the dry ingredients, add in the wet and mix well to form a batter.
- Pour the batter into a silicone cake pan/bar pan/brownie pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Once cool, make a frosting by mixing together the Greek yogurt and cinnamon and top each cake bar completely with the frosting.
