Protein Omelette With Chive Filling


  • 2 scoops of GN Protein Pancake Mix
  • 100 ml of water or milk
  • 150 g of cottage cheese
  • Fresh chives
  • Favourite spices ( I used cayenne pepper, oregano and curry powder)
  • 1 calorie olive oil spray


Prepare pancakes as instructed on the packet, add your spices and fry on a pan. Blend the cottage cheese with fresh chives. Put the chive filling into your pancakes and serve.
