Ingredients

Banana & Spray Cream

  • 2 scoops Protein Pancake Mix (Chocolate Banana flavour)
  • 100ml water
  • 1 sliced banana
  • Light Spray Cream (Tesco brand was used)
  • Cocoa powder for dusting (optional)
 

Chocolate Chip & Peanut Butter

 

Blueberry & Maple Syrup

   

Method: Banana & Spray Cream

  1. In a shaker add the water and pancake mix & shake to make the batter.
  2. Heat a frying pan, spray with cooking spray and pour batter to form pancake. Cook for about 50 seconds and flip to cook the other side for about 30 seconds. Repeat until you’ve used up the batter.
  3. Top your stack with bananas, spray cream and cocoa powder.
 

Method: Chocolate Chip & Peanut Butter

  1. In a shaker add the water and pancake mix & shake to make the batter.
  2. Heat a frying pan, spray with cooking spray and pour batter to form pancake. Top with a few chocolate chips. Cook for about 50 seconds and flip to cook the other side for about 30 seconds. Repeat until you’ve used up the batter.
  3. Top your stack with peanut butter and the remaining chocolate chips.
 

Method: Blueberry & Maple Syrup

  1. In a shaker add the water and pancake mix & shake to make the batter.
  2. Heat a frying pan, spray with cooking spray and pour batter to form pancake. Top with a few fresh blueberries. Cook for about 50 seconds and flip to cook the other side for about 30 seconds. Repeat until you’ve used up the batter.
  3. Top your stack with the remaining blueberries & drizzle with the maple syrup.
