- 190g PB
- 40g light brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 egg white
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 2 scoops whey 80 vanilla
- 20g plain flour.
- 15g chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 160c fan and line a baking sheet with some baking paper
- Mix PB, sugar, egg and the white until fully combined
- Add baking powder, protein powder and flour and mix it well.
- Stir in some chocolate chips.
- Take 1 tbsp sized scoops out and flatten on your baking sheet
- Bake for 8-10 mins.
