Protein Peanut Butter Cookies


  • 190g PB
  • 40g light brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 2 scoops whey 80 vanilla
  • 20g plain flour. 
  • 15g chocolate chips



  1. Preheat oven to 160c fan and line a baking sheet with some baking paper
  2. Mix PB, sugar, egg and the white until fully combined
  3. Add baking powder, protein powder and flour and mix it well. 
  4. Stir in some chocolate chips. 
  5. Take 1 tbsp sized scoops out and flatten on your baking sheet
  6. Bake for 8-10 mins.
