Protein Pumpkin Bars

These Protein Pumpkin Bars are a special Halloween treat, low in calories, easy to make and a perfect snack to have at any time of the day!
Ingredients
- 1-2 tsp of Stevia powder
- 4 oz. Apple puree
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground clove
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 120 ml Liquid Egg Whites
- 15 oz. can of raw pumpkin
- 2 cups oat flour
- 2 scoops 100% Whey Maple Syrup
Method:
1) Preheat the oven to 180 degrees 2) Line a 9 x 13 baking tray with baking paper. 3) Combine all the ingredients and mix until everything is blended together and to a good consistency. 4) Spread the batter into a dish and bake for 30 minutes. 5) Take out of the oven, allow to cool then cut into 30 squares and enjoy!Macros (Per Bar)
