Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Protein Pie Ingredients:
- 2 & 1/4 cups peanut flour
- 1/4 cup Truvia
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 + 1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup Whey More Nuts (Chocolate Peanut)
- 1 scoop Whey Protein 80 (Chocolate)
- 1/2 tbsp Truvia
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp xanthum gum
Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Protein Pie Method:
Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees C. In a bowl, mix together the peanut flour, Truvia, baking powder and milk to form a thick mixture. Spray a small springform pan with 0kcal spray or coat in coconut oil and press the mixture into the base and walls of the pan evenly. Bake for 10-15 minutes until firm. Leave to cool and push the pie base out of the pain by pushing the bottom of the pan up. Once the base is cool make the filling by mixing together the Greek yogurt, Whey More Nuts, chocolate whey, Truvia and cocoa powder. Once all of these are mixed well, add in the xanthum gum and mix well again. Pour the mixture into the cooled base and spread evenly on top to flatten off. Leave to set in the fridge overnight or for 10 hours. Slice the pie into 6 pieces as needed.Macros per slice (total of 6):
