No Grain Chocolate Chip Protein Blondies||Chocolate Chip Blondies

- 1/2 cup Whey Protein 80 (Vanilla)
- 1 can of cannelloni beans rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup unsweetened apple puree
- 2 medium eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp bicarb of soda
- 1/2 cup Truvia
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
No Grain Chocolate Chip Protein Blondies Method:
Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees C. Place all of the ingredients except the chocolate chips into the food processor and blend until smooth. Stir in the chocolate chips so that they are evenly distributed and pour the mixture into a silicone mini brownie/loaf moulds and bake for 20 minutes. Makes 6.Macros per blondie (6):
