"'2010 me would literally be terrified of 2015 me and I love it!A few years ago I never would have imagined myself where I am now, weight training seemed manly and foreign to me and, after all, I only wanted to be skinny. Times have changed since then. Training has become my escape from the stress of daily life, as I am first and foremost a student (English and Sports Science) I revel in those hours that I get to switch off and become entirely in the zone of pushing myself physically. For example, I can now deadlift twice my own bodyweight and am working towards my first bikini show!I also love finding what works for me in regards to nutrition and supplementation. As a GoNutrition ambassador I would aim to inspire males and females not only to improve their health and fitness but to work on the even more important mental side of learning to love themselves at every stage of the process.
