Pre Bank Holiday Checklist

The bank holiday is a time for letting your hair down and yes, we hate to admit it but your diet too. Now everything that you've worked hard for doesn't have to fly out of the window in one weekend! We've created a checklist for you to help you survive your bank holiday weekend, so that you come out of the other end fresh and ready to smash the week!

 

Gym

Men, we all know what day it is when heading for a night out don't we? That's right, chest day! The majority of men out there like to get their pump on for their night out, so how do you go about achieving this? Well let me tell you, you need to get your hands on some of our Volt Preworkout! Hydration

Drinking alcohol decreases the body's production of anti-diuretic hormones, this is used by the body to reabsorb water. This results in a loss of fluid due to increased urination, which is why when you wake up, 9 times out of 10 you will have a dry mouth! We cannot emphasise enough the importance of drinking water before going to bed and after waking up. But if you struggle to drink a lot of water at once, why not try our Electrolyte Tablets or Cocopure Water Powder. Sleep

We all know that sleeping after drinking alcohol can end up in two ways, either dosing off as soon as your head hits the pillow, or staring blankly at the ceiling all night.
