Crumbling Vanilla and White Chocolate Cookies, 5 minutes prep time and 10 minutes baking. Before you know it you have a batch of freshly made nibbles ready for whatever occasion needed. No occasion? You can enjoy them all to yourself, and they taste just as good cold too!

Ingredients
- 1x tsp vanilla essence
- 1x scoop of coconut sugar
- 2x scoops of GN vanilla whey
- 170g GN crunchy peanut butter
- Melted white chocolate and sprinkles
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together
- Roll into balls and roll the balls out in a light brown demerara sugar
- Pat the balls flat into a cookie shape and place on a baking tray (lined with baking paper)
- Bake on gas mark 2 for 10 minutes, remove and drizzle melted white chocolate and sprinkles
